What I can offer

I have conducted numerous strategic reviews and capability assessments for both former employers and clients.

These included reviews relating to their skills, resources, processes, structure, strategies and approaches to activities such as public consultation and programme and project change management.

In carrying out my reviews, I draw on my practical experience, learning from my MBA and other qualifications, as well as my ability to probe and listen and to understand organisational context.
